Delivery Information

  1. Delivery is typically via EVRI couriers free of charge for orders over £30 for a standard 2-3 day service
  2. Delivery typically takes 2-3 days for UK mainland longer for parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland
  3. Express services may be available at checkout typically next day delivery if you order before 2pm – charges will apply
  4. We only deliver within the United Kingdom

Our Returns Policy

  1. Unwanted items may be returned to us at the address given on our contact page within 30 days purchase date
  2. Returns can only be made for unopened products where the cap seals have not been opened
  3. Customers wishing to return an item must first respond to their original order email stating the items they wish to return and a return merchant authorisation (RMA) note will be given returns will not be accepted without you first requesting an RMA from us
  4. Unwanted item returns are made at customer cost

Refunds & Exchanges & Replacements

  1. Refunds will be granted when a customer has sent the product back and we have checked eligibility for resale. No refunds will be given where a customer returns an opened used product.
  2. Refunds can take up to 10 days to process upon receipt of goods and for funds to clear back to the customer’s original payment method
  3. A customer can request an exchange if they have bought the wrong product which must be returned at customer cost.
  4. We will replace free of charge any goods that arrived damaged or defective at no cost to the customer.
